There are many ways in which astrology is useful for making business decisions. By combining astrological knowledge of planetary movements and influences with known business cycles, psychic profiles can be used to help make employment assessments.
One of the main uses of astrology in business is in comparing the charts of people working together at almost every level of employment. This is done in much the same way as for romantic partners - that is, planetary influences and aspects are compared across the charts of two or more individuals.Interestingly, the same astrological influences that indicate a romantic relationship may be unsuccessful are often the influences that make for an excellent business partnership. For example, considerable personality differences may signal problems ahead for a couple, but contrasting personalities are often great in business, where irritation and argument may spark new ideas and directions.
In interpreting the birth charts of potential business partners or coworkers, look for an opposition or trine between one person's Midheaven and the other's Ascendant: this indicates similar ambitions and aspirations. Strong aspects between each chart's Sun, Moon, rising sign, and/or Ascendant degree indicate compatibility a strong relationship between the two charts' eighth houses encourages financial success.
